Michael Mekonnen brings over a decade of accomplished expertise in project management, event planning, and experiential marketing initiatives. He’s also the founder and General Manager of Swift Marketing & Communications. His career includes significant contributions to high-profile projects, such as organizing the World Cup Trophy Tour and Champions League Trophy Tour in Ethiopia for brands such as Heineken and Coca-Cola. In addition to his corporate endeavors, Michael has played a pivotal role in executing NGO projects, steering educational campaigns, and leading nationwide awareness initiatives for prominent organizations like PSI, ILRRI and Girl Effect Ethiopia. Beyond his extensive portfolio his proficiency also extends to the dynamic realm of virtual and hybrid event organization, solidifying his standing as a recognized expert in all facets of experiential marketing activities.
Co-founder
Binyam Tadesse is an experienced business leader with over a decade of extensive experience in marketing and communications, with a demonstrable track record in operational processes, strategic alignment, financial and resource management. With a profound understanding of the Ethiopian business landscape, he has worked with global leaders like Boeing, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Unilever and more. Binyam is also the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Swift Marketing and Communications. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from Luiss Business School Rome and attended CASS Business School London in an exchange program. Binyam’s combination of projects, operations and financial experience allows him to fully engage with client’s to bring about project success and achieve consistent business performance.
